At our center, the doctor compiles a management therapy plan that uses a combination of methods to manage asthma, including factors that correct the anti-inflammatory balance, strengthen the immune system, and antioxidant therapy that lowers oxidative stress of the body. With acute attacks we take a more interventional approach to break the attacks and disrupt the spasm present within the lungs. These therapies include intravenous therapy with relaxants, hydrogen peroxide therapy that provides much needed oxygenation to the tissues and is anti-bacterial in its action, and finally, glutathione inhalers that deliver powerful antioxidants directly to the lung tissue. Once the situation is stabilized we can offer all the adjunctive therapies mentioned above to decrease the number and severity of attacks.
