Cancellation Policy:

We understand if a patient needs to cancel or change an appointment – please do this by calling 713-808-9058 as soon as possible. If the patient fails to meet the doctor or call to cancel 24 hours in advance of the scheduled consultation, there will be a fee of 50% the cost of the visit.For a scheduled IV Infusion the patient must call 713-808-9058 by 8:00a.m. on the day of the designated appointment or the full cost of the treatment will be charged. (Messages left before 8:00a.m. will be acknowledged). Treatments are individually mixed and cannot be used on a different patient. If you have questions about our cancellation policy please ask the front desk for clarification.
